MR. B.V. VENKATESH
Mr. B.V. Venkatesh, popularly known as BVV, is based in Bangalore. He has had an illustrious career in the infotech industry spanning four decades (1966 thru’ 2006). He acquired double Graduation credentials from Mysore University in Electrical Engineering and Electrical Communication Engineering from IISc Bangalore. He started his career in ECIL and subsequently headed the marketing operations in Wipro and Tata Elixsi as Senior Vice-President. He is credited for having contributed to the emergence of Wipro as the second largest IT Company in India. He set up BFL Software of which he was the Managing Director, and it became the fastest growing Software Company in India, in terms of both, revenue and size. He subsequently founded Majoris Systems and within a short span of time, this enterprise grew in leaps and bounds, later integrating itself with Valtech France. He became the CEO, President, & Managing Director of Valtech India, wherefrom he superannuated in 2006. He is respected in the infotech industry as an icon, known for establishing companies, building them as formidable entities, and ensuring the best management practices and employee-friendly policies.

An entrepreneur at heart, he has been the founder of multiple organizations in India, Europe, and USA. He has done market research and planning with MAA Bozell working on various product categories ranging from consumer durables to personal care products. He is an MBA (Finance) and a Bachelor of Science from Bombay University. He is trained and licensed to administer the Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis.
MR. K.P. HARI
A graduate in economics, Hari has spent over a decade in researching on the complexities of processes underlying human psychology and organizations. During this course he has developed interesting visual tools to map our thoughts. His work has been published in the proceedings of International Conference for Research in design (Icord11) held at Indian Institute of Science , Bangalore He was recently invited by the European Conference for Complex Systems (ECCS ’11), Vienna, Austria to present his work., he constantly scours and assimilates articles, research papers and periodicals on diverse subjects.
